The quotation for our conservatory was delivered as a presentation which was good as we were able to ask questions face to face. The quotation was an ‘all in’ quote, no hidden extras. We are so delighted with the windows and patio doors! Mark was very attentive, patient and honest with a respectful and kind manner and absolutely no sales pitch. All of the windows in the house have been replaced and we have had new patio doors installed in place of the lounge window. It has been an absolute pleasure to have such skilled craftsmen in the house who came in, worked hard, cleaned up so well that the house was a pleasure to come home to.
